Hemant Pinjan joined Water For People India in October 2020 as State-in-Charge for Maharashtra. He has two decades of work experience in the development sector that involved planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of various water related projects in Maharashtra and Rajasthan. Most recently, Hemant was Watershed Organisation Trust’s (WOTR) in-charge in Rajasthan for 7 years.
Banasree Das is associated with Water For People India as Project Coordinator since February 2019. She is leading the project implementation process in West Bengal. With more than 8 years experience in managing and leading development projects, Banasree has authored numerous research papers and presented them in national and international seminars and workshops.
